Thamsanqa Career Pathways (TCP) invites talented South African youth who are Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET), particularly from the disadvantaged, rural and underserved communities to access alternative, high-impact pathways into elite, future-fit, prestigious, priority and scarce careers in Maths and Sciences.
TCP’s national rollout is anchored by the Building Inspector Programmes, a flagship tech-enabled and learn-and-earn platform, which integrates dual academic learning with structured workplace-based practical training. These offerings create direct, academic, competency-based pathways to occupational and professional certification and registration, and employability within the built environment sector.
Building on this foundation and delivery model, TCP will scale into a diversified pipeline of future-fit Maths and Sciences pathways, prioritising critical skills in Health Sciences, Medicine and Nursing; thereby establishing a scalable, inclusive system for skills development, streamlined occupational and professional access and sustained career mobility.
